Hi! I am Ankita!
I specialize in building end-to-end digital experiences with a strict focus on accessibility standards. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve evolved my practice to integrate AI-driven workflows that enhance user efficiency without sacrificing brand integrity or human empathy. Whether I’m architecting a design system or a brand strategy, I design for a future that is inclusive, transparent, and user-first.
Selected Projects
The Adecco Group
At The Adecco Group, worked the overall brand experience by architecting a unified Design System that supports 6+ distinct global identities. I led the design of the two of the group’s Websites and create a client facing Web Applications, ensuring every page was user-tested and WCAG-approved.
-
With a portfolio of 6+ distinct global brands—including Akkodis, Adecco, and LHH—The Adecco Group faced a fragmented and "scattered" digital presence. Each brand operated in a silo, leading to inconsistent user journeys, inefficient cross-functional workflows, and high design debt.
-
We architected a singular, comprehensive design system designed to house all six brands under one "umbrella." The goal was to maintain unique brand identities (visual DNA, illustrations, and brand strategy) while utilizing a unified structural logic. Through extensive user research and iterative testing for every page, I delivered a WCAG-approved framework that streamlined collaboration between business stakeholders and developers across Europe.
