The Adecco Group is one of the world's largest recruitment companies, providing all-round solutions to candidates and companies. We also provide third-party recruitment support, offer up-skilling courses, and develop products on market insights.

One of the key products I worked on is - Access Global (Also called as Client Access). It is a B2B tool that enables our clients to find and manage a blue-collar workforce. The app has integrations with other Adecco products, connecting them to internal recruiters and providing resources.

Fun fact: The app is designed for four pilot countries: Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and the US. Because the recruitment laws vary in these countries, back-end integrations are complicated, and clients have different expectations.

I collaborated with Adecco's marketing team, conducted extensive User research, and developed various personas - Clients, Candidates, and Recruiters. I combined the personas with the user research we found for the product. Then, I created storyboards using these personas and explained how "Client Access" would help the clients in hiring. Also, it showed how it connects to other Adecco products in general. In this case, "Adecco Connect" is an internal product that Adecco's HR representatives use.
